日记与反思 / Your journal
心情、感受词、生活因素、笔记、每日回顾中的睡眠与精力、可选反思和自定义鼓励语保存在设备的应用数据中。历史版本保存的睡眠、症状及其他健康相关字段可能仍保留在旧记录和备份中。我们不经营保存这些日记的开发者服务器，不使用远程 AI 分析日记，也不包含广告或第三方行为分析 SDK。
Mood, feelings, life factors, notes, daily sleep and energy reviews, optional reflections and personal encouragements are stored in the app on your device. Older entries and backups may also contain sleep, symptom or other health-related fields from earlier versions. We do not operate a developer server for your journal, send it to remote AI analysis, or include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs.
可选语音 / Optional voice notes
仅在你主动开始录音时申请麦克风权限，每段最多 60 秒。语音随日记保存在应用数据中，完整 JSON 备份包含语音；主动启用 iCloud 后也可通过你的 Apple 账户同步。不进行语音转写，不将语音发送至远程 AI 或开发者服务器。CSV 和 PDF 仅标记有无语音附件，不包含录音内容。你可以删除单条语音或整条记录。
Microphone access is requested only when you start recording, for up to 60 seconds per clip. Audio is stored with its journal entry and included in full JSON backups and optional iCloud sync through your Apple account. Audio is not transcribed or sent to remote AI or developer-operated servers. CSV and PDF files show only whether a voice attachment exists, without the audio itself. You can delete an individual clip or its entry.

主动启用同步后，应用使用 Apple CloudKit 将记录同步至你的 iCloud 账户，适用 Apple 的服务条款与隐私政策。我们不会据此建立开发者用户账户。我们不承诺未经核验的端到端加密或保证每条记录已完成跨设备同步。
If you enable sync, Apple CloudKit transfers records through your iCloud account under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. This does not create a developer-managed user account. We do not claim independently verified end-to-end encryption or guarantee that every entry has finished syncing to every device.
权限 / Permissions
生物识别验证由系统 LocalAuthentication 完成，应用不接收指纹或面容模板。通知权限仅用于你选择的本地提醒。导出或恢复文件时，只访问你主动选择的文件位置。
LocalAuthentication handles device identity checks; the app does not receive biometric templates. Notifications are used for optional local reminders. File access is limited to locations you choose for export or restore.
分享与控制 / Sharing and control
仅在你主动导出、使用系统分享或联系支持时，数据才会发送至你选择的接收方。导出的文件不自动加密，请妥善保管。你可以删除记录、关闭同步和提醒，或在删除应用前备份数据。删除本地应用不一定会删除 iCloud 中的已有副本，请通过系统的 iCloud 存储设置管理云端数据。
Exports, system sharing and support messages go to recipients you intentionally choose. Exported files are not automatically encrypted. You can delete entries, disable sync or reminders, and back up before removing the app. Removing the app may not remove existing iCloud copies; manage cloud data through system iCloud storage settings.

This static website has no analytics cookies and does not collect journal entries. Standard server access logs may contain IP addresses, request times and paths for operation and security. Support emails are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Contact the support address below with privacy questions.
